about

All of the songs on this album were recorded live in February of 2010, during practices in my upstairs office/music room on 7th Street in Goshen, Indiana.
A gentleman that attended the church where I served as praise & worship leader, told me he felt that God wanted him to purchase recording equipment for me - which he did. So I put the equipment to use, and these recordings were the outcome of it.
We were experiencing what most people would consider financial difficulties at that time, but God was pouring out blessing after blessing on us. These were incredible times!
On some of these songs my emotions took over, and it can be heard in the recordings - like on "Majesty", and "This is the Time" when tears were streaming down my face, and I was barely able to finish the songs.

Track Name: Days of Elijah
These are the days of Elijah,
Declaring the Word of the Lord.
And these are the days of Your servant, Moses;
Righteousness being restored.
And though these are days of great trials;
Of famine, and darkness, and sword;
Still we are the voice in the desert, crying-
“Prepare ye the way of the Lord”!

Behold, He comes riding on the clouds,
Shining like the sun, at the trumpet call!
Lift your voice, it’s the year of jubilee!
Out of Zion’s hill salvation comes.

And these are the days of Ezekiel;
The dry bones becoming as flesh.
And these are the days of Your servant, David;
Rebuilding a temple of praise.
And these are the days of the harvest;
The fields are as white, in the world.
And we are Your laborers in Your vineyard,
Declaring the way of the Lord!

Behold, He comes riding on the clouds,
Shining like the sun, at the trumpet call!
Lift your voice, it’s the year of jubilee!
Out of Zion’s hill salvation comes.

There’s no god like Jehovah!
There’s no god like Jehovah!
There’s no god like Jehovah!
There’s no god like Jehovah!
Track Name: Are You Washed in the Blood?
Have you been to Jesus, for the cleansing power?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?
Are you fully trusting in His grace this hour?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

Are you washed in the blood,
In the soul cleansing blood of the Lamb?
Are your garments spotless; are they white as snow?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

Are you walking daily by the Savior’s side?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?
Do you rest each moment in the Crucified?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

Are you washed in the blood,
In the soul cleansing blood of the Lamb?
Are your garments spotless; are they white as snow?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

When the Bridegroom cometh, will your robes be white?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?
Will your soul be ready for the mansions bright,
And be washed in the blood of the Lamb?

Are you washed in the blood,
In the soul cleansing blood of the Lamb?
Are your garments spotless; are they white as snow?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

Lay aside the garments that are stained with sin,
And be washed in the blood of the Lamb.
There’s a fountain flowing for the soul unclean.
Oh, be washed in the blood of the Lamb.

Are you washed in the blood,
In the soul cleansing blood of the Lamb?
Are your garments spotless; are they white as snow?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?
Track Name: Bringing in the Sheaves
Sowing in the morning; sowing seeds of kindness;
Sowing in the noontide, and the dewy eve.
Waiting for the harvest, and the time of reaping,
We shall come rejoicing, bringing in the sheaves!

Bringing in the sheaves; bringing in the sheaves!
We shall come rejoicing, bringing in the sheaves!
Bringing in the sheaves; bringing in the sheaves!
We shall come rejoicing, bringing in the sheaves!

Sowing in the sunshine; sowing in the shadows,
Fearing neither clouds, nor winter’s chilling breeze.
By and by, the harvest, and the labor ended,
We shall come rejoicing, bringing in the sheaves!

Bringing in the sheaves; bringing in the sheaves!
We shall come rejoicing, bringing in the sheaves!
Bringing in the sheaves; bringing in the sheaves!
We shall come rejoicing, bringing in the sheaves!

Going forth with weeping, sowing for the Master.
Though the loss sustained, our spirit often grieves.
When our weeping’s over, He will bid us welcome.

Track Name: He Keeps Me Singing
There’s within my heart a melody,
Jesus whispers sweet and low:
“Fear not, I am with thee; peace be still”,
In all of life’s ebb and flow.

Jesus, Jesus, Jesus - sweetest Name I know,
Fills my every longing, keeps me singing as I go!

All my life was wrecked by sin and strife;
Discord filled my heart with pain.
Jesus swept across the broken strings,
Stirred the slumb’ring chords again.

Jesus, Jesus, Jesus - sweetest Name I know,
Fills my every longing, keeps me singing as I go!

Feasting on the riches of His grace,
Resting ‘neath His shelt’ring wing,
Always looking on His smiling face –
That is why I shout and sing!

Jesus, Jesus, Jesus - sweetest Name I know,
Fills my every longing, keeps me singing as I go!

Though sometimes He leads through waters deep,
Trials fall across the way.
Though sometimes the path seems rough and steep,
See His footprints all the way.

Jesus, Jesus, Jesus - sweetest Name I know,
Fills my every longing, keeps me singing as I go!

Soon He’s coming back to welcome me,
Far beyond the starry sky.
I shall wing my flight to worlds unknown.
I shall reign with Him on high!

Jesus, Jesus, Jesus - sweetest Name I know,
Fills my every longing, keeps me singing as I go!
Track Name: When I Hear the Praises Start
My son, My son, why are you striving?
You can't add one thing to what's been done for you
I did it all while I was dying
Rest in your faith, My peace will come to you

For when I hear the praises start
Oh, I want to rain upon you
Blessings that will fill your heart
I see no stain upon you

Because you are My child and you know Me
To Me you're only holy
Nothing that you've done remains
Only what you do for Me

My child, My child, why are you weeping?
You will not have to wait forever
That day and that hour is in My keeping
The day I'll bring you into Heaven

For when I hear the praises start
My child, I want to rain upon you
Blessings that will fill your heart
I see no stain upon you

Because you are My child and you know Me
To Me you're only holy
Nothing that you've done remains
Only what you do in Me
Just what you do for Me

My precious bride, the day is nearing
When I'll take you in My arms and hold you
I know there are so many things that you've been hearing
But you just hold on to what I have told you

For when I hear the praises start
My bride, I want to rain upon you
Blessings that will fill your heart
Oh, I see no stain upon you

Because you are My child and you know Me
To Me you're only holy
Nothing that you've done will remain
Only what you do for Me
Just what you do for Me

What you do for Me
Just what you do for Me
Track Name: God Who Saves
There is life in the blood of the lamb who was slain
There is power, there is power in His name
There is love pouring out of the wounds that were made
Pouring out, pouring over our shame

So praise the God who saves
Praise the God who bled
Praise the God who was nailed to a tree
And wore our sins upon His head

There is truth in His body, raised that third day
There is joy in a stone rolled away
There is hope pouring out of the tomb where He lay
Pouring out, pouring over the grave

So praise the God who saves
Praise the God who bled
Praise the God who was nailed to a tree
And wore our sins upon His head

For He lives that we too might live
And He loves that we might also love
And know the glory of God above

There is life in the blood of the lamb who was slain
There is power, there is power in His name

So praise the God who saves
Praise the God who bled
Praise the God who was nailed to a tree
And wore our sins

So praise the God who saves
And praise the God who bled
Praise the God who was nailed to a tree
And wore our sins upon His head
Track Name: Jewels
When He cometh, when He cometh,
To make up His jewels,
All His jewels, precious jewels,
His loved and His own.

Like the stars of the morning,
His bright crown adorning,
They shall shine in their beauty,
His loved and His own.

He will gather, He will gather
The gems for His kingdom,
All the pure ones, all the bright ones,
His loved and His own.

Like the stars of the morning,
His bright crown adorning,
They shall shine in their beauty,
His loved and His own.

Little children, little children,
Who love their Redeemer,
Are the jewels, precious jewels,
His loved and His own.

Like the stars of the morning,
His bright crown adorning,
They shall shine in their beauty,
His loved and His own.
Track Name: The Old Rugged Cross
On a hill, far away, stood an old rugged cross;
The emblem of suff’ring and shame.
And I love that old cross, where the dearest, and best,
For a world of lost sinners was slain.

So I’ll cherish the old rugged cross,
Till my trophies, at last I lay down.
I will cling to the old rugged cross,
And exchange it, someday, for a crown.

Oh, that old rugged cross, so despised by the world,
Has a wond’rous attraction for me;
For the dear Lamb of God, left His glory above,
To bear it to dark Calvary.

So I’ll cherish the old rugged cross,
Till my trophies, at last I lay down.
I will cling to the old rugged cross,
And exchange it, someday, for a crown.

In the old rugged cross, stained with blood, so divine,
A wond’rous beauty I see.
For ‘twas on that old cross, Jesus suffered and died,
To pardon and sanctify me.

So I’ll cherish the old rugged cross,
Till my trophies, at last I lay down.
I will cling to the old rugged cross,
And exchange it, someday, for a crown.

To the old rugged cross, I will ever be true;
It’s shame and reproach, gladly bear.
Then He’ll call me some day, to my home, far away,
Where His glory, forever I’ll share.

So I’ll cherish the old rugged cross,
Till my trophies, at last I lay down.
I will cling to the old rugged cross,
And exchange it, someday, for a crown.
Track Name: Fill My Cup, Lord
Like the woman at the well, I was seeking,
For things, that could not satisfy.
And then, I heard my Savior speaking –
“Draw from My well, that never shall run dry”.

Fill my cup, Lord; I lift it up, Lord.
Come and quench this thirsting of my soul.
Bread of heaven, feed me ‘till I want no more.
Fill my cup, fill it up, and make me whole.

There are millions in this world, who are craving,
The pleasure, earthly things afford.
But none can match the wond’rous treasure,
That I find in Jesus Christ, my Lord.

Fill my cup, Lord; I lift it up, Lord.
Come and quench this thirsting of my soul.
Bread of heaven, feed me ‘till I want no more.
Fill my cup, fill it up, and make me whole.

So, my brother, if the things this world gave you,
Leave hungers that won’t pass away.
My blessed Lord, will come and save you,
If you kneel to Him, and humbly pray.

Fill my cup, Lord; I lift it up, Lord.
Come and quench this thirsting of my soul.
Bread of heaven, feed me ‘till I want no more.
Fill my cup, fill it up, and make me whole.
Track Name: Lord Have Mercy
Jesus, I've forgotten the words that You have spoken
Promises that burned within my heart have now grown dim
With a doubting heart I follow the paths of earthly wisdom
Forgive me for my unbelief, renew the fire again

Lord have mercy, Christ have mercy
Lord have mercy on me
Lord have mercy, Christ have mercy
Lord have mercy on me

I have built an altar where I worship things of men
I have taken journeys that have drawn me far from You
Now I am returning to Your mercies ever flowing
Pardon my transgressions, help me love You again

Lord have mercy, Christ have mercy
Lord have mercy on me
Lord have mercy, Christ have mercy
Lord have mercy on me

I have longed to know You and Your tender mercies
Like a river of forgiveness, ever flowing without end
I bow my heart before You in the goodness of Your presence
Your grace forever shining like a beacon in the night

Lord have mercy, Christ have mercy
Lord have mercy on me
Lord have mercy, Christ have mercy
Lord have mercy on me.
Track Name: Majesty
Majesty, worship His majesty
Unto Jesus, be all glory, honor and praise
Majesty, Kingdom authority
Flows from His throne
Unto His own, His anthem raise

So exalt, lift up on high the Name of Jesus
Magnify, come glorify Christ Jesus the King
Majesty, worship His majesty
Jesus who died, now glorified
King of all kings
Track Name: This is the Time
This is the time
When true worshipers will worship
These are the days
When my Father's ways will be known to men
This is the hour
When the spirit's power will move again
As we worship You in spirit and in truth
Lord we worship You in spirit and in truth
Lord we worship You in spirit and in truth

Holy, Holy, Holy is Your name
Worthy, worthy, let all the earth proclaim
Mighty, mighty, there is no God like You
And we worship You in spirit and in truth.
Track Name: Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus
O soul, are you weary and troubled;
No light in the darkness you see?
There’s light for a look at the Savior,
And life more abundant and free!

Turn your eyes upon Jesus,
Look full in His wonderful face;
And the things of earth will grow strangely dim,
In the light of His glory and grace.

Through death, into life everlasting,
He passed, and we follow Him there.
Over us, sin no more hath dominion,
For more than conquerors we are!

Turn your eyes upon Jesus,
Look full in His wonderful face;
And the things of earth will grow strangely dim,
In the light of His glory and grace.

His Word shall not fail you, He promised.
Believe Him, and all will be well.
Then go to a world that is dying,
His perfect salvation to tell!

Turn your eyes upon Jesus,
Look full in His wonderful face;
And the things of earth will grow strangely dim,
In the light of His glory and grace.
